These terms cover your use of this website. ThirdEyeOS is preparing for a Summer 2027 beta and is not yet available. This site is informational only. Nothing here is an offer of the product, a contract for its use, or a guarantee of beta access.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse and read this site for personal, informational purposes. Please don't attempt to disrupt it, access it in abusive automated ways, or misuse the forms.

The release list

Joining the release list lets us email you product and release updates. It does not create any obligation on your part, and it does not guarantee a beta invitation. Timing (including the Summer 2027 target) may change, and we may update, pause, or discontinue the release list.

Intellectual property

The ThirdEyeOS name, logo, content, and design on this site belong to ThirdEyeOS. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranties

This site is provided "as is." We aim for accuracy but can't guarantee the site will always be available, current, or error-free.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to third-party resources (for example, cited sources). We're not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

Changes

We may update these terms as ThirdEyeOS develops. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
