ThirdEyeOS is preparing for a Summer 2027 beta. Today, this website is an informational site with one place that collects information: the release-list signup. This notice explains what that form collects, why, and how you can be removed.
What the release-list form collects
- Your email address (required, so we can send release updates).
- Your first name, if you provide it (optional).
- Optional details you choose to share, such as which description fits you and what you're hoping ThirdEyeOS could help with. These fields are clearly marked optional and can be left blank.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to communicate about ThirdEyeOS: product updates, early previews, and, closer to release, information about the Summer 2027 beta. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Household details are optional
Any information about your household or situation is entirely optional. You can join the release list with just an email address. Please share only what you're comfortable sharing.
Where your information is stored
This website is hosted by Netlify, and the release-list signup is collected and stored using Netlify Forms. Netlify processes and stores your submission on our behalf; you can review their privacy practices at netlify.com/privacy. If we later add a dedicated email service to send updates, we will name it here before we begin using it. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How to unsubscribe or request deletion
We are not sending marketing emails yet. Joining the list simply stores your details so we can reach you as the Summer 2027 beta approaches. When we do begin sending updates, every email will include a one-click unsubscribe. To ask what we hold, or to have your details removed at any time, email elisha@eldritchexchange.co and we'll take care of it.
Children
The release-list signup is intended for adults. Please don't submit information about children through this form.
Changes to this notice
As ThirdEyeOS develops and moves toward the beta, this notice will be updated to reflect how information is actually handled. Material changes will be dated here.
